Guidelines on How to Use the Hard Copy Pass Paper

① Page 1 – Money-back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

If candidates need the Money-back guarantee we offer, please read the terms and conditions and follow the instructions, including how to provide us with the candidates’ information, exam date, etc.

②Contact information and statement

They are on the back of the money-back guarantee terms and conditions page. We also put down our most recommended way to study in the statement.

③ Guidelines on using Mock Questions

Page 3 is the user guide of the mock question bank. We also state the method for how candidates inquire about the questions.

 

④ Updated date

The updated date is printed on the starting page of the questions. Our Pass Paper Question Banks are updated irregularly. Most of them are updated in the current month. Should you want to know about the exact dates, please visit our office for the actual question books. Thank you.

⑤ The number on the top left hand corner is not a unique code for the question

The question number displayed on the top left hand corner of each question is sorted in order. The total number of questions will be shown on the last page. QID is a unique code for each question we use internally. If you would like to reflect anything regarding the questions to us, the QID should be used instead of the question number on the top left corner.

 

⑥ Topic reference

The right hand side of each question shows which part you should refer to in the HKSI study manual / PEAK study note / Study Guide to Estate Agency Law and Practice. For example, if the Topic is 1, Chapter is 2, Section is 3, then you should find the relevant concept in Topic 1, section 2.3 in the study note. This reference is useful when you find that you have no clue to that question, bad memory or you do not understand that question. You should do revision on that part again.

 

⑦ Hot questions

The “Hot” questions are questions that are the most confusing and challenging to candidates, candidates should pay extra attention to the questions with a tick in the “hot” box.

 

⑧ Answer

The answer of each question is provided on the right hand side of each question. If you do not want to peep, you can cover the section on the right using a piece of paper while doing the quizzes.

 

⑨ Explanation

Explanation is located at the bottom of each question.

⑩ Interface

The hard copy is printed 2 pages on 1. Should you have any special needs, please contact us.

Guidelines on How to Use the Online Question Bank

When using the online version, you need to log into our website and view question by question. There is no downloading allowed, no PDF, no printing of the entire question bank.
