There are jobs that do not have elements of intermediary for buying, selling, or leasing. However, priority will still be given to those who have passed the EAQE Estate Agents Qualifying Examination or SQE Salespersons Qualifying Examination, even for job seekers who are currently holding an estate agent license (big license) or a salesperson license (small license).
