When applying for the paper-based exam, students may need to choose the region in which they want to take the exam (New Territories/ Kowloon/ Hong Kong Island). Students should be careful not to check the wrong box because this selection cannot be changed. But in the end, whether you can take the exam in that region you choose depends on luck, ultimately you may not be able to partake in the exam at your chosen location, due to a large number of applicants.
What do I need to bring for the exam?
- After successfully applying for the exam, students must remember to check the accuracy of the information on the admission ticket.
- When entering the exam arena, you must present the admission ticket and the original copy of your identification document you used for the exam registration. If you apply online, you need to print the admission ticket on A4 white paper.
- Students who take the paper-based exam and wish to write notes need to bring their own HB pencils (at least 3 is recommended) and erasers
