After passing the Estate Agents Qualifying Examination (EAQE), the estate agent can apply for a license from the Estate Agents Authority. Then you may find an estate agency to hire you, or open an intermediary agency by yourself, and start your real estate sales selling or leasing business.

Salespersons Qualifying Examination (SQE) or the Real Estate Agent Qualification Exam (EAQE), you can find a real estate agency to hire you. Next, you can start to become an intermediary for real estate sales, performing works such as trading, or leasing.

Jobs related to real estate sales
There are jobs that do not have elements of intermediary for buying, selling, or leasing. However, priority will still be given to those who have passed the EAQE Estate Agents Qualifying Examination or SQE Salespersons Qualifying Examination, even for job seekers who are currently holding an estate agent license (big license) or a salesperson license (small license). Since the real estate examination is related to real estate-related regulations, property transfer procedures, land searches, knowledge of buildings, property classification and property management, leasing etc., it will be a great help for you in performing certain duties. Not only saving time but also handling incidents. Therefore, costing a few hundred and taking the EAQE/ SQE exam to get the priority of a job is definitely worth it.
